Every Child Deserves a Chance

Kingdom Kids Mission exists to serve and uplift children in McDowell County, West Virginia. Our heart is simple: to meet physical needs while showing every child love, compassion, and support. We believe that when children know their worth, their future changes. When children are changed, the world is changed.

Founded and led by Rebecca and Elliot Godfrey, Kingdom Kids Mission is built on hands-on service, personal sacrifice, and a deep commitment to community. This mission is not about distance or formality. It is about showing up, staying present, and loving children where they are.

Our goal is to help children feel seen, valued, and cared for, sometimes in ways they may have never experienced before.

What We

Do

Serving McDowell County

McDowell County is more than a place to us. It is home. It is where families are raising children, where generations have lived, and where needs are often met quietly by neighbors who care.

Kingdom Kids Mission exists to serve this community with consistency, compassion, and respect. We believe real change happens when people are present, committed, and willing to walk alongside one another through every season of life.

Our work is rooted locally. We focus on children in McDowell County because this is where we are called to serve. We know the challenges families face, and we also see the strength, resilience, and hope that lives here.

By investing in children, we are investing in the future of McDowell County. We believe that loving, supporting, and encouraging children today helps build a stronger, healthier community for generations to come.
